Well, the time has come. I will be leaving DeviantArt very soon (within the next three weeks). If nobody wants to take over this club, I will be deleting everything in the gallery. The journals will stay, and the members will stay... but I refuse to post people's artwork without someone managing this club.
If you're interested in taking over, let me know.

Also, you can become a member of the club if you like...but you don't have to be a member to have your artwork in the H.R. Giger FanClub's gallery. You can also be a member, and not submit anything.

Hey Giger-heads!
Well, as I stated in the last journal, I'm looking for someone to take over this club. I'm still looking! I've been accepted to school, and will be going off to college in late August/early September of this year. It sounds far away, but I've got a feeling it's going to go faster than I could imagine.
Anyway, enough babbling, I'm still looking for someone who's willing to take over. If nobody steps up, this club will just go dormant... which would make me awful sad. I'm going to be leaving DeviantArt all together (including my personal profile) by the time I start school, as I'll be launching my own site.
Anyway, please consider helping out and taking over. It's painless and easy... just a little time consuming at times. Please help!

Hi everyone!

Well, like clockwork, the club has slowed down again. I am surprised at how much interest we have though! Look at all of our members! I'm so proud.

Anyway, I'm just journaling to let everyone know that I am looking for someone (a member, most likely...) to take over this club, and manage it as I do now. I'm really busy getting ready to apply/go to college, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. The last thing I want is for this club to become dormant, and lose what we have going here.
I promise you, whoever takes over, I'll help you through the process, and show you how to manage everything (it's really quite simple... I just don't have the time). Please step up and say something if you are interested! If you are... not me on my main account (~Ville13) and we'll talk about it. If worst comes to worst, and nobody wants to take over, it will become a dormant, blank page here on DeviantArt. I won't leave this page up as is... because I don't want people's work being stolen etc... It would really be a shame to see this club die. So, think about it, and let me know!

Hey Giger fans!

Check out the new additions to the gallery... some truly amazing and inspiring pieces have been added recently! Keep up the good work everyone!

Also, I've noticed that many deviants have added this club to their watch... and have not requested membership. If you would like to be a member, remember to follow the directions on becoming a member (found on the bottom portion of this journal). Simply watching this club does not make you a member!

EDIT!!! I got an idea today regarding the club. Since nobody is ever in the chatroom... do you think we should organize a date and time to have a "party" and all chat together? Discuss!
